Frequently Asked Questions
-
Microgreens are young, nutrient-dense greens harvested just after the first true leaves develop. They’re packed with flavor, color, and nutrients, and are perfect for salads, smoothies, sandwiches, and garnishes.
One of the most remarkable things about microgreens is their nutrient density. Many microgreens contain significantly higher concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than the mature vegetables they grow into. Because they’re harvested at an early growth stage, they concentrate nutrients needed for rapid plant development — and that benefit carries straight to your plate.

Our microgreens are grown to order, not pulled from inventory.
Because each batch is planned and grown specifically for your order, please allow 10–16 days from the time you place your order for delivery.
If you enroll in weekly or bi-weekly deliveries, once your first order has been fulfilled, you can expect your greens to arrive every Thursday according to your selected schedule. The timing rules below apply only to your first delivery.
Delivery timing examples (first delivery):
Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday are typically delivered on the third Thursday following the order date (approximately 15–17 days after ordering).
Orders placed on Thursday are usually delivered on the second Thursday following the order date (approximately 14 days after ordering).
Orders placed Friday through Sunday are delivered on the second Thursday following the order date (approximately 11–13 days after ordering).
This intentional schedule allows us to grow each batch properly and deliver your greens at their peak.
