Hey, I’m Matt!

In 2019, I was working at a local food co-op here in Wilmington, NC and had the opportunity to learn about the benefits of knowing where your food comes from. As someone who has always desired to get closer to the source, I began growing produce in my backyard and selling it to the co-op. Fast forward a few years, I’m still growing produce for the co-op.

These days, I put my efforts into growing microgreens that are 100% no-spray and grown with the consumer’s health in mind. After all, I believe that farmers should eat what they grow.

I have a long-held belief that health outcomes are directly correlated with the food that we regularly consume. While there is a lot of scientific data to back this up, I find that microgreens are one of the easiest ways to incorporate a healthy routine, daily. In combination with an absolute obsession for health, an obsession with soil ecology has brought me to the most nutrient-dense greens on the planet.
